The Precipice Events was created for hosts who want a thoughtful, elevated experience rather than a high-volume “event factory.” We intentionally limit the number of gatherings we host each year so every event receives the care, time, and space it deserves, while protecting the land and preserving the property’s sense of privacy. The result is an experience that feels intentional, beautifully curated, and genuinely memorable for every guest.

The Precipice Events hosts a range of gatherings that fall into three primary tiers.

Hourly bookings are ideal for photoshoots, proposals, or small creative sessions. One-day events, such as weddings, fashion shows, milestone celebrations, and corporate galas, receive exclusive use of the property across three days to allow time for outdoor tent installation and breakdown. For larger productions or gatherings that require extended access, such as festivals or film shoots, we offer multi-day property buyouts tailored to the scope of the event.

New England weather is wonderfully unpredictable. For this reason, outdoor celebrations at The Precipice are designed with a tented installation, which offers both elegance and a seamless rain plan. While tents are arranged by your team, we’re happy to guide vendors who specialize in creating a tented setting that enhances the property’s natural beauty.

You’re absolutely welcome to host a one-day event – we simply include the days before and after to allow ample time for setup and breakdown. Because larger events (50+ guests) are held outdoors and require a tent, this extra time is often helpful for vendors.

Yes. We maintain a curated list of trusted partners, including catering, tenting, floral design, and event production, who know the property well and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Hosts are also welcome to propose their own vendors, subject to approval.
